Acer has introduced a new new mini-desktop/nettop PC which known as eMachines ER1401. It has a rather unique set of components which uses Atom processor and an ION graphics, the eMachines ER1401 nettop boasts a AMD Athlon Neo II processor and a GeForce 9200 graphics.
The eMachines ER1401 has a similar in design to Acer’s Revo nettop which powered by a 1.3GHz AMD Athlon II Neo K325
Another features of eMachines ER1401 include Multi-in-1 card reader, High-definition audio support, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Gigabyte Ethernet, four USB ports, S/PDIF output port, HDMI port with HDCP support, and VGA port. It has measures of 210 (H) x 210 (D) x 39.5 (W) mm. The eMachines ER1401 is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium OS, Microsoft® Office Home and Student Edition 2007 SP2 Trial, Norton Internet Security™ 2010 Trial and several other applications, such as Adobe reader, Microsoft Works, PowerDVD and Nero 9 Essentials.
